Rajendra Prasad Gupta is a Textile Technocrat with over 45 years of experience in Textile Industry. RP Gupta was part of organizations such as Reliance before moving into Entrepreneurship. Alumni of Textile Institute, Ludhiana, RP Gupta started Starco in 1998 and quickly made Starco into Quality focused organization.
Initially started with a capacity of 400 MTPA, the organizations manufacturing capacity was increased to 1500 MTPA over a period of 15 years.
RP Gupta is responsible for giving direction to the company and contributing the growth strategy of the organization.

Krishna Kumar Gupta is the Director of Starco Arochem Pvt. Ltd. With an experience of over 40 years in Textile Industry. KK Gupta had experience in Knitting, Processing industries before managing Operations at Starco.
KK Gupta is responsible for the Operations of the company ensuring that Consistent Quality of the Product is maintained and Goods are Timely Delivered to Customers.
KK Gupta is driven to improve the Efficiency of the company targeting a 90% production capacity utilization for the year 2021-2022.

Rajat Gupta is a Chemical Engineering Graduate from Pune University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Nirma University. Rajat Gupta has an experience of over 10 years in Textile Industry.
Rajat Gupta is responsible for the Sales & Growth of the Company. Rajat Gupta is focused on implementing Systems & Processes that improve the Customer Experience right from Marketing & Sales to Post Sales Services.
